What would Malta look like in paper?
In this hands-on workshop at the newly restored Grand Master’s Palace, children aged 7–12 are invited to explore Malta’s ever-changing skyline through art and imagination.
Using thick coloured paper, pencils, scissors, and glue, participants will craft layered 3D paper landscapes that reflect the country’s urban transformation. From towering cranes to expanding skylines, the workshop encourages children to think critically about development, environmental impact, and how architecture shapes identity.
Through basic paper construction techniques and personal illustration, each child will create their own miniature version of Malta—merging creativity with curiosity and critical thinking.
